Our approach

Most people don't get to see their home before it's built. We think that's backwards.

So we spend the time up front. Your plan gets drawn properly, then rendered inside and out — the elevation from the road, the light landing on the kitchen island at 4pm, the sightline from the great room to the yard. Change the island, move a window, widen the hall — while it's still a drawing.

Fewer surprises, fewer change orders, and a home that feels right the day you walk in.

Architectural Design

Full working drawings by BCIN-certified designers — permit set, structural coordination, the whole package.

Exterior Renderings

Photoreal images of your elevations before they exist. Test cladding, rooflines and colours while changes are free.

Interior Renderings

Kitchen, great room, primary suite — rendered room by room so finishes and sightlines are decided on screen.
