This is the backbone of everything we do. Our BCIN-certified designers take you from a sketch on grid paper to a drawing set a builder can price, a municipality will permit, and trades can actually work from.

Drawings tell your builder what to do. Renderings tell you what you are getting. We model the house in full material detail and light it on your actual lot, so you judge the thing itself instead of imagining it — and so your spouse, your lender and your builder are all looking at the same house.

A plan at 1:50 can hide a kitchen that works on paper and fights you in real life. So we render the rooms you live in — full materials, real fixtures, real light — and you make the finish decisions on screen instead of standing in a framed shell with a deadline.
