Can I change the plan?

Yes. Buy the CAD set and your designer can modify it, or we will quote the changes — most modifications land between $400 and $1,800.

Will it pass permit in my township?

Each set is designed to meet Ontario Building Code requirements. Although each municipality has different permit requirements, the architectural plans are created to meet building code.

What if I want custom instead?

Then we start from scratch with you. Get in touch and we will walk through what a custom design involves — lot, budget and timeline first.
